Camphill communities provide an inspired alternative to conventional schooling and adult living environments for children, youth and adults with special needs. This practical, intensive workshop on Camphill is perfect for:

 

  • New attendees and previous Inspired Communities Workshop alumni
  • Anyone interested in learning about Camphill’s special model of care
  • Those currently engaged in creating a Camphill-inspired community

 

This event is co-sponsored by the Camphill Academy, Camphill Foundation and the Camphill Association of North America.  Panels and breakout sessions are led by Camphill community members, coworkers, parents and new community founders.

2:45 – 4:00 Building Community with and for People with Special Needs: Living Camphill’s Values in Today’s World: Panelists from the Camphill Academy will speak to the variety of ways that Camphill’s core values and/or “the three essentials” are embodied/practiced in Camphill today
